We at the Faculty of FSDK are committed to:

1. Academic Services

• Providing quality, innovative teaching and learning that is aligned with industry needs.
• Ensuring that student evaluation feedback is monitored and improved every semester.

2. Student Services

• Ensuring that all student inquiries are answered within 3 working days.
• Providing regular academic guidance and personal development support.
• Ensuring that applications such as project supervision, deferment, and appeals are processed within 5 working days.

3. Administrative Matters & Support Services

• Processing official letters, verifications, and staff/student applications within 3 working days.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and providing an initial response within 24–48 hours.
• Providing a safe, clean, and conducive faculty environment.

4. Industry & Community Engagement

• Expanding collaboration networks with industry and the community to enhance graduate employability.
• Ensuring that at least two engagement programs with industry/community are conducted each semester.

5. Integrity & Governance

• Upholding the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all faculty matters.
• Safeguarding customer information in accordance with university regulations and laws.
